Who can forget the movies like Kireedam, Thaniyavarthanam, His Highness Abdulla, Bharatham, and Akashadoothu?? They defined the way Malayalam movies were made, especially in the late 80s and early 90s. Those movies came from none other than Malayalam’s favorite director Cibi Malayil Many of his films have screenplays by A. K. Lohithadas, who was a legend in the Malayalam film industry. There team were always been successful. Recently he celebrated His 25 successful years in the film industry. And the same day he announced his latest movie “Apoorvaragam”.Apoorva Ragam’ has a fresh star cast that has mostly newcomers like Asif, Nishan (rithu fame) and Nithya (Aakshagopuram and Kerala café: happy journey Fame) in the major roles. Scripted by G S Anand and Najeem Koya, the music of the fim is by Vidyasagar. The cinematography would be by Ajayan Vincent and the art direction by Prasanth Madhav. The shooting of the film would be held in Bangalore and Kochi. ‘Apoorva Ragam’ would be released by Kokers Films.
